Millet and banana porridge

You will need

1 cup millet
3 cups non dairy milk (I used Oatly)
2 big ripe bananas
pinch of salt
fresh fruit, seeds, nuts....everything what you like

Method

Stir millet, pinch of salt and 2 1/2 cups non dairy milk together in a medium sized non-stick pan and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat to low and gently simmer until millet are cook and soft and milk are soak. Then add peeled bananas and the rest of the milk and blend until smooth. Divide to the bowls and decorate with fresh or dried fruit, nuts or seeds...simply with everything what you like (I used cocoa nibs, ground linseed and some berries). Serve immediately.
