You will need

1 cup millet
3 cups non dairy milk (I used Oatly)
2 big ripe bananas
pinch of salt
fresh fruit, seeds, nuts....everything what you like

Method

Stir millet, pinch of salt and 2 1/2 cups non dairy milk together in a medium sized non-stick pan and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat to low and gently simmer until millet are cook and soft and milk are soak. Then add peeled bananas and the rest of the milk and blend until smooth. Divide to the bowls and decorate with fresh or dried fruit, nuts or seeds...simply with everything what you like (I used cocoa nibs, ground linseed and some berries). Serve immediately.

You will need

1 can coconut milk (only the white part)
1/2 cup coconut water (from the can)
1/4 cup chia seeds
4 medjool dates (pits removed)
2 ripe bananas
1 tsp vanilla extract
fruit (I used raspberries)

Method

Add dates, bananas, white part of coconut milk and 1/2 cup of coconut water to a blender and blend until smooth. Add cocoa powder, vanilla extract and chia seeds and blend again. Pour into the 4 small bowls, cover and refrigerate overnight. Garnish with fresh fruit and serve.

You will need

2 big bananas, peeled
2 big apples, peeled
5 dried dates
3 mandarins, peeled
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tsp hemp protein
2 tsp linseed
2 tsp beetroot powder
1 tsp beobab powder
3/4-1 cup water

Method

Place all ingredients into the high speed blender and blend until smooth. Divide the mixture to the bowls and decorate more fresh apples, raisins and pecan nuts (or what you want). Serve immediately.

You will need

900ml non dairy milk, unsweetened
80g ground rice
1/3 cup poppy seeds
1/4 cup golden linseeds/flaxseeds
2 tbsp date syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
5 strawberries
1 banana
raisins

Method

Stir ground rice and non dairy milk together in a medium sized non-stick pan and bring to the boil, stirring continuously. Reduce the heat to low and gently simmer for 10 minutes. Then add vanilla extract, date syrup and pour the porridge on plates (or bowls).
Place the poppy seeds, linseed and cinnamon into a high speed blender and blend. Or you can use the poppy seeds grinder. Sprinkle the poppy seeds mixture over the rice porridge, add sliced banana, strawberries and raisins. You can add more syrup if you want and serve immediately.

You will need

300ml unsweetened almond milk
60g kale (only leaves)
1 pear, peeled
1 banana, peeled
2,5 cm fresh ginger, peeled
4 dates, pitted
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tsp lemon juice

Method

Place the almond milk and kale in a high speed food processor and mix well. Add pear, banana, ginger, lemon juice, dates and hemp seeds and blend until very smooth. Serve immediately.

You will need

240ml oat milk
50g kale, only leaves
2 ripe pears, chilled, peeled and without seeds
1/2 avocado, chilled, without skin and seed
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
fruit

Method

Place the kale with milk to the high speed processor and mix well. Add pears, avocado, hemp seeds, lemon juice and vanilla extract and blend until smooth. Serve with fresh fruit. I used blueberries and strawberries and sprinkle with more hemp seeds.

You will need

3/4 cup cooked quinoa
3/4 cup Vanilla Almond Milk
2 tbsp chia seeds
200g fresh strawberries
3 fresh apricots

Method

Put all the ingredients in a high speed food processor and blend until smooth. Place into 2 bowls and leave about 10 minutes. Serve with fresh fruit, nuts and/or seeds.

You will need

3 cups oats
1/3 cup maple syrup
3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
3 tbsp sunflower seeds
2 1/2 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp blackstrap molasses
1/2 cup raisins or chopped dates

Method

Line a large rimmed baking sheet with baking paper. In a bowl mix oats, seeds, cinnamon and stir until well combined. Add almond butter, maple syrup and molasses and combine until well incorporated Transfer mixture to your lined baking sheet and spread out evenly. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring a couple of times while baking to ensure the mixture bakes evenly. Then stir in raisins or dates and bake for another 3 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely. Once cool, store in an airtight container.
